Welcome to Pamela Steele Associates' (PSA) Supply Chain Academy website. PSA is a training partner of the Association of Supply Chain Managers (ASCM). By purchasing an ASCM course through this website, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. About Us

Pamela Steele Associates Limited (PSA) is a company registered in Kenya (Registration No. CPR/2015/21947) and an authorised ASCM Training Partner.

Our role is to market and sell ASCM’s e-learning courses. All courses are hosted and delivered through ASCM's platform.

2. Scope of Services
  • PSA does not host or deliver the courses directly but assists with enrolment, payment, and support.

  • The courses are hosted on ASCM's platform, and access is subject to ASCM’s own terms of use, which you must accept during registration.

3. Registration and Accounts
  • To access the e-learning courses, you must create an account on ASCM’s platform.

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

  • Any misuse or unauthorised use of your account must be reported immediately to ASCM.

4. Course Access and Availability
  • Course content is provided by ASCM and is available for a specific duration determined by ASCM upon enrolment.

  • Access to the platform may be subject to ASCM's policies, schedules, or technical limitations.

  • PSA is not liable for interruptions in course availability or platform access beyond its control.

5. Payments and Fees
  • All fees for e-learning courses are payable to PSA unless otherwise stated.

  • Fees must be paid in full before access to the courses is granted.

  • Payment methods accepted will be communicated during the registration process.

6. Refund Policy:
  • Refund requests must be made in writing to academy@pamsteele.org within 7 days of purchase.

  • Refunds are subject to ASCM’s refund policies and PSA’s administrative processes.

  • Once a course has been accessed or completed, no refunds will be issued.

6. Intellectual Property Rights
  • All course materials, content, and resources provided through ASCM’s platform remain the intellectual property of ASCM or its licensors.

  • You may not copy, distribute, modify, or share course materials without prior written consent from ASCM.

7. User Conduct

When accessing the ASCM platform or engaging with PSA services, you agree to:

  • Use the courses for personal learning or professional development only.

  • Avoid any activity that could disrupt the platform or violate ASCM's terms.

  • Provide accurate and up-to-date information during registration.

Any breach of these terms may result in suspension or termination of course access.

8. Data Protection and Privacy
  • PSA will process personal data in accordance with its Data Protection Notice and the Kenya Data Protection Act, 2019.

  • Personal information may be shared with ASCM to facilitate course access. ASCM’s privacy policy governs data processing on their platform.

9. Disclaimers
  • PSA facilitates access to ASCM’s courses but does not control course content, quality, or delivery.

  • Course results, certifications, or outcomes are solely managed by ASCM.

  • PSA is not liable for technical issues, delays, or content changes beyond its control.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PSA will not be liable for:

  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of ASCM’s platform.

  • Loss of data, revenue, or opportunities due to interruptions or errors.

12. Governing Law

PSA reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with the updated effective date.

By enrolling in ASCM courses via Pamela Steele Associates, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
