Shipping & Returns

This policy outlines the shipping and returns process for physical books purchased as part of ASCM Certified courses through Pamela Steele Associates (PSA). 

1. Shipping of Physical Books
1.1 Shipping Provider
  • Physical books accompanying ASCM Certified courses are shipped directly from ASCM in the United States. 

  • Shipping is managed by ASCM’s authorized courier partners. 

1.2 Shipping Timeframes

  • Books will typically be dispatched within 5-10 business days of course registration and payment confirmation. 

  • Estimated delivery time varies based on your location:  

    • Kenya & East Africa: 10-20 business days. 

    • Other Regions: 15-30 business days. 

  • ​​Delivery delays may occur due to customs processing, public holidays, or unforeseen courier issues. 

1.3 Shipping Fees

  • Shipping costs are included in the course fee unless otherwise specified during registration. 

  • Recipients are responsible for any additional customs duties, taxes, or import charges. 

1.4 Shipping Address
  • Participants must provide an accurate and complete shipping address when purchasing a course. 

  • PSA and ASCM are not responsible for delayed or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses. 

2. Order Confirmation and Tracking
  • Upon confirmation of enrolment and payment, you will receive an email notification with shipping details. 

  • Tracking information, where available, will be provided to monitor the delivery status of your materials. 

3. Returns and Replacements 
3.1 Damaged or Defective Books 

If your book arrives damaged or defective: 

  • Notify PSA at academy@pamsteele.org within 7 days of receiving the shipment. 

  • Include a description of the issue and, where possible, attach clear photographs of the damage. 

  • Resolution:

    • PSA will coordinate with ASCM to arrange a replacement. 

    • You may be required to return the defective book before a replacement is issued. Return shipping costs will be covered by ASCM where applicable.

 

3.2 Non-Delivery

If you do not receive your book within the estimated delivery timeframe: 

  • PSA will liaise with ASCM to investigate and resolve the issue. 

3.3 Returns for Other Reasons
  • Books cannot be returned or exchanged for reasons other than damage, defect, or non-delivery. 

4. Customs and Import Duties
  • Books shipped internationally may be subject to customs clearance procedures and import duties. 

  • These fees, if applicable, are the sole responsibility of the recipient. 

  • PSA and ASCM cannot estimate or influence customs charges. We recommend checking with local customs authorities for more details.
